Esco Property is headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; we predominately serve clients in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. All of our advisors are natives of Southern California, having been born and raised in the area. Investing in real estate is a complex process that can become risky if the most important component, property location, is not properly examined. Our advisers contribute unique and useful insights to our study of property locations for our clients based on their lifelong experiences living in our practice markets. We feel that the most important step in researching and investing in real estate is to have a full grasp of each zip code, neighborhood, and street that make up a certain sub-market.

We aim to develop our firm organically by positioning ourselves as an advisor who can help our clients achieve long-term success. Our desire to continue to grow in this business is fueled by the process of expanding alongside our valued and respected clientele. We also believe that in order to appropriately align ourselves as trusted advisors, we must be specialists in the subject in which our clients seek representation. As a result, we concentrate entirely on real estate investment advisory in Southern California. If our clients require advisory services in any of the other product categories available to real estate investors, we will assist them in forming a partnership with one of our industry's most trusted friends in order to give the most value to our clients.
